Реверс: Описание: Cheval libre galopant à droite, la crinière perlée, la tête formée par un petit triangle fermé à l’extrémité globulée ; au-dessus, deux annelets pointés ; entre les pattes, un protomé d’hippocampe à droite ; devant le poitrail, une sorte de fine triskèle.

Ce denier appartient à la classe F de la typologie d'Allen qu'il appelle "type scyphate de Picardie à l'animal dégénéré" ou à la classe 2 de S. Scheers, "les petites monnaies d'argent de Picardie”. Dans le nouveau classement de J.-P. Delestrée et M. Tache, ce type se retrouve dans la série 31 B, "suite tardive des monnaies lamellaires en argent dérivées du type de Pallas", classe 1 à l'hippocampe.
