Аверс: описание: Tête ceinte d’un bandeau à gauche, la chevelure indiquée par trois mèches, le cou par trois petits traits.

Реверс: Описание: Sanglier enseigne à gauche, la queue recourbée ; hampe en forme de lis partant du centre de la ligne d’exergue.
Комментарий
Sur cet exemplaire, on distingue nettement le point sous le ventre du sanglier qui n'était qu'à peine visible sur l'exemplaire précédent. La tête du sanglier est marquée par le groin et la mâchoire inférieure. Les soies sont précisément figurées.

The Leuques are mentioned only once in the Gallic Wars. Their neighbors were the Médiomatriques, the Lingons and the Séquanes. The Leuques as well as the Séquanes and the Lingones provided Caesar with wheat when the Roman army stopped at Vesontio (Besançon) to refuel before facing the Germans of Ariovistus (58 BC).
