Exemplaire sur un flan large et irrégulier avec des petits manques sur le listel. Joli droit. Revers incus très bien venu à la frappe. Jolie patine de collection ancienne

C’est le tout premier monnayage de Sybaris avec l’ethnique au-dessus de l’animal. Nous ne pouvons pas déterminer de liaison de coin pertinente, mais notre nomos est très proche de celui de l’American Numismatic Society (ANS. 818).
This is the earliest coinage from Sybaris with the ethnic figure above the animal. We cannot determine a relevant die binding, but our nomos is very close to that of the American Numismatic Society (ANS. 818)
