Exemplaire sur un flan irrégulier et éclaté avec une importante trace de surfrappe sous le tête de Silène. Frappe brouillée au revers. Très belle patine vert foncé

Комментарий

Poids léger. L’attribution de ce bronze repose sur le D au-dessus de la légende de revers. Pour cette émission, F. Imoof Blumer a relevé une cinquantaine d’exemplaires. Importantes traces de surfrappe visibles au droit sous la tête de Silène, peut-être sur le type à la tête casquée de Rome à 9 heures par rapport à la tête de Silène (HGCS 3/1, n° 1114).
Lightweight. The attribution of this bronze is based on the D above the reverse legend. For this issue, F. Imoof Blumer noted around fifty examples. Significant traces of over-striking are visible on the obverse under the head of Silenus, perhaps on the type with the helmeted head of Rome at 9 o'clock in relation to the head of Silenus (HGCS 3/1, no. 1114)
