This volume draws together the research papers of Richard Wright, scattered across various journals from 1974 to 2003. Articles from the Numismatic Chronicle and Numismatic Circular have been standardised, whilst the rest have been rescued from relative obscurity in more difficult-to-find publications. To supplement the thirty seven articles another has been published for the first time. Four appendices draw together additional material, and a fifth features Richard's last revision of his article on British medals commemorating the Keying Junk, a maritime marvel of the 1840s.
