- Médaille en bronze (corne BRONZE et millésime (1967) sur la tranche) dans son écrin marron, poids : 63,39g, diamètre : 49,5 mm
Les deux médailles ont été offertes par Maurice Doublet (1914-2001), préfet de la Seine de 1966 à 1967.
Poids cumulé des deux médailles : 128,33g.
