Clémence Isaure est un personnage médiéval semi-légendaire, à qui on attribue la fondation ou la restauration des Jeux floraux de Toulouse au début du XVᵉ siècle grâce à un legs par lequel la ville de Toulouse décernerait chaque année des fleurs d’or et d’argent aux meilleurs poètes (cf. wikipedia).
Clémence Isaure is a semi-legendary medieval figure, to whom is attributed the founding or restoration of the Toulouse Floral Games at the beginning of the 15th century thanks to a legacy by which the city of Toulouse would award gold and silver flowers each year to the best poets (cf. Wikipedia)
