Sans filigrane. Imprimé en orange et noir, fond bleu clair. Deux signatures : "Le Trésorier" et "Le Président". Série : A, B (vues : A11.80, A12.70, B11.80, B12.70, cette dernière est la plus courante) / Imprimé en orange et noir sur fond bleu clair. Cachet dans l'angle inférieur droit. J. MAGROU INV. en bas à gauche sur le cadre, CADENAT FR. SC. en bas à droite sur le cadre. Remboursement : 01 octobre 1919.
