Sur cet exemplaire, le buste d’Arcadius semble plus âgé. Ce type se rencontre pour Arcadius dès janvier 383 avec un buste poupon. Ce type de solidus se rencontre pour Théodose Ier, Valentinien II et Arcadius et est frappé d’après G. Depeyrot entre 388 et 390 et de 391 à 393. Les trois G de AVGGG peuvent s’adresser à Théodose Ier, Arcadius, Valentinien II jusqu’en 392 ou Honorius à partir de 393.
On this example, the bust of Arcadius seems older. This type is found for Arcadius from January 383 with a baby bust. This type of solidus is found for Theodosius I, Valentinian II and Arcadius and is struck according to G. Depeyrot between 388 and 390 and from 391 to 393.
