Potin parfaitement identifiable, mais irrégulier avec d’importante cassures des penons de coulée et une épaisse patine hétérogène. Avers sombre et revers sous une gangue rougeâtre avec de petites taches vertes

Комментарий

L'exemplaire illustrant le Nouvel Atlas est de ce même type mais d'une variété différente, sans le globule entre les jambes du cheval. Les provenances connues sont limitées, mais H. Patat propose une attribution aux Bituriges ou aux Séquanes. Le DT 2680 (la dernière monnaie du Tome 2) est classée en "dérivé du type séquane à la grosse tête" ; ce potin était une variété originale en 2004.
The copy illustrating the New Atlas is of this same type but of a different variety, without the globule between the horse's legs. Known provenances are limited, but H. Patat suggests an attribution to the Bituriges or the Sequani. DT 2680 (the last coin in Volume 2) is classified as \\\"derived from the Sequani type with the big head\\\"; this potin was an original variety in 2004
