Médaille conservée dans une boite blanche cartonnée
Jacques Lemoine (1895-1968), a été successivement journaliste puis redacteur en chef du quotidien La Petite Gironde. Il en fut chassé par les Allemeands en 1942 avant de rentrer dans la Résistance. Il fonda le quotidien Sud Ouest à Bordeaux en 1944.

He was driven out by the Germans in 1942 before joining the Resistance. He founded the daily newspaper Sud Ouest in Bordeaux in 1944. See: Babelio.com
