Exemplaire sur un petit flan très épais, bien centré des deux côtés. Très beau portrait inhabituel.

Poids très lourd. Avec son argenture superficielle. Casque décoré. Semble complètement inédit et non répertorié avec ce type de buste et de légende de droit.

Caesar
Born in February 317 according to the most recent chronology, Constantine the Younger receives on coins the title of Caesar like his half-brother Crispus and his cousin Licinius, as well as the title of Prince of Youth. Constantine II is the eldest son of Constantine I and Fausta. In September 337, he received the "pars occidentalis" from the Empire with subjection to his brother Constans, Constantius II having the "pars orientalis". Very quickly, Constantin and Constans fall out. The eldest is eliminated in April 340.
