Lancé au début 2010, ‘America the beautiful’ est un programme de frappe de 56 monnaies commémoratives de 1/4 dollar illustrant les parcs nationaux et d’autres sites nationaux des États-Unis d’Amérique.
Le Block Island National Wildlife Refuge a été fondé en 1973 sur l’île de de Block Island au large de l’état de Rhode Island. C’est un important refuge pour oiseaux.
Ce lot contient une monnaie de chacun des trois ateliers émetteurs (3 monnaies au total) : Philadelphie, Denver et San Francisco.
Launched in early 2010, 'America the Beautiful' is a program of 56 commemorative quarter dollar coins depicting the national parks and other national sites of the United States of America. The Block Island National Wildlife Refuge was established in 1973 on Block Island off the coast of Rhode Island. It is an important bird sanctuary. This lot contains one coin from each of the three issuing mints (3 mints in total): Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco.
