Selon Marc Labouret, la Loge est en activité depuis 1773. Roëttiers de Montaleau est Vénérable de 1778 à 1781, puis de 1786 à 1788. La loge fusionne en 1901 avec la Rose du Parfait Silence, sous le titre de l’Amitié.
