Magnifique exemplaire sur un flan court et idéalement centré. Belle tête au droit, presque SUP, très bien venue à la frappe. Un très beau cheval au revers avec une grue bien visible malgré une faiblesse de frappe. Belle patine de collection

Ces statères existent avec la tête et le revers à droite ou à gauche ; les différentes liaisons de coins offrent quatre combinaisons possibles. Avec la tête à droite et le revers à gauche, cet exemplaire est assez rare. Aucune liaison de coin n'est à constater avec les trois exemplaires de Zürich. Un seul statère de ce type exact est conservé à la BN (n° 4069, 5,55 grammes). Exemplaire de poids lourd.
These staters exist with the head and reverse on the right or left; the different die connections offer four possible combinations. With the head on the right and the reverse on the left, this example is quite rare. No die connection is to be observed with the three examples from Zurich. Only one stater of this exact type is preserved at the National Library (no. 4069, 5.55 grams). Heavyweight example
