Exemplaire issu du médaillier Franklin qui met à l’honneur un tableau de Goya; la Maja nue : Sur ce tableau est représenté en entier le corps d’une belle femme, allongée paisiblement sur des coussins et regardant face au spectateur. Il ne s'agit pas d'un nu mythologique, mais d'une vraie femme, contemporaine de Goya, et, y compris à son époque, on l'appelait La Gitane.

Ce tableau est conservé au Musée du Prado à Madrid en Espagne.
