Monnaie exceptionnelle, frappée sur un flan particulièrement large. Droit complet et centré, mais frappé avec un coin rouillé (?). Revers parfait ! Patine grise d'ancienne collection, un peu granuleuse au droit, mais particulièrement agréable au revers

Аверс: описание: Tête à gauche avec la chevelure à mèches ondées et épis épars ; gros nez ; oreille; cou orné d'un collier de perles.

Реверс: Описание: Croix bouletée au centre, formée de quatre cantons, chacun ornés d’une lunule ; une suite de cinq chevrons superposés au 3e canton.

Cette drachme a été prise comme monnaie type pour illustrer l'ouvrage de G. Savès ; elle provient du trésor de Béziers qui fut découvert en 1871 et qui contenait entre 750 et 800 drachmes. Exemplaire unique !.
This drachma was taken as a standard coin to illustrate G. Savès' work; it comes from the Béziers treasure which was discovered in 1871 and which contained between 750 and 800 drachmas. A unique example!
