Ce type avait été mal décrit dans MONNAIES 31 (ligue thessalienne). Basile Demetriadi nous a signalé notre erreur et nous l’avons corrigée. Notre exemplaire en bien meilleur état que celui de l’ANS (n° 578, pl. 21) permet de voir le second monogramme dans le champ à droite. Le poids de notre exemplaire est particulièrement lourd comparé à ceux de l’ANS (5,89 g à 8,14 g pour six pièces, soit un poids moyen de 7,00 g). Début de cassure de coin visible au revers entre la légende et le monogramme dans le champ à droite.
This type had been incorrectly described in COINS 31 (Thessalian League). Basil Demetriadi pointed out our error and we corrected it. Our example, in much better condition than that of the ANS (no. 578, pl. 21), allows the second monogram to be seen in the right-hand field. The weight of our example is particularly heavy compared to those of the ANS (5.89 g to 8.14 g for six coins, or an average weight of 7.00 g). The beginning of a die break is visible on the reverse between the legend and the monogram in the right-hand field.
