Exemplaire sur un flan très large, bien centré des deux côtés. Très beau portrait d’Héraklès. Frappe molle au revers. Patine grise superficielle, légèrement nettoyée au revers

Même coin de droit que l’exemplaire du British Museum, (MP. 197a, pl. CXIX). La léonté au droit est tombante. Au revers, les jambes de Zeus ne sont plus parallèles et reposent sur un marche-pied.

Coinage in the name of Philipp III and Alexander type
Philip, son of Philip II and the half-brother of Alexander, was not entirely in his right mind. On the death of the conqueror and faced with the lack of power, in order to maintain the fiction of the unity of the Empire, he was proclaimed king, but in fact he had no power. He was assassinated at the instigation of Olympias, Alexander's mother, in 316 BC.
