il semble que Gouille soit un nom de lieu ou que la commune ait changé de nom depuis le siècle dernier car aucune commune de ce nom ne figure dans le dictionnaire des communes françaises. La société est une mine que l’on retrouve à la page 223 du rapport de la commission des Annales des Mines de 1854.
