Аверс: описание: Tête laurée d’Apollon à gauche, les cheveux longs tombant sur le cou.

Реверс: Описание: Corne d’abondance (cornucopiae) entourée des bonnets des Dioscures surmontés d’une étoile ; monogramme dans le champ inférieur gauche.

Реверс: легенда: ADRA-MU/THNWN/ (CIRW).

Реверс: перевод: (Adramytium).

Комментарий

Pour ce type, nous avons deux monogrammes différents (SNG. France 5/ 14 et SNG. France 5/ 15-19) auquel appartient notre exemplaire.

MYSIA - ADRAMYTTIUM

(4th - 1st century BC)

Adramytium is said to have been founded by Adramys, the brother of Croesus, king of Lydia. The city was located in the gulf of the same name on the coast northwest of Pergamon.
