Comme quasiment tous les exemplaires des monnaies de la compagnie O.T.L, ils sont contremarqué du monogramme “OTL” sur l’avers (et quelques fois sur le revers). Il existe quatre variétés pour ce jeton en fonction de la longueur du millésime (avers) et de la longueur du texte “N’EST PAS” et “de la longueur du mot “REMBOURSABLE” (Les Jetons de Transport Français, Roland Elie, 1995).
Like almost all examples of OTL coins, they are countermarked with the monogram “OTL” on the obverse (and sometimes on the reverse). There are four varieties of this token depending on the length of the year (obverse) and the length of the text “N'EST PAS” and “the length of the word “REFUNDABLE” (Les Jetons de Transport Français, Roland Elie, 1995)

The railway from Paris to Saint-Germain, inaugurated on August 24, 1837, is at the origin of the western railway network since the law of July 9, 1835.
