Il semble étonnant que la représentation au droit de Junon Sospita n’ait pas été librement interprétée par le génie gaulois (RCV. 307). Le revers a inspiré le bronze Pixtilos au griffon (LT. 7078). Le droit se retrouve sur des imitations de deniers de la République (LT. 10103 = BN 10103-10104 et KO. 1015). Ici d’après le Banti-Simonetti, nous serions en présence d’une crécelle (scabellum = deux planches de bois ou de métal avec un manche servant à scander dans les cérémonies religieuses) au droit et un “flambello” (peut-être un tambourin ou un manche avec des grelots) au revers, ustensile que les anglais décrivaient comme un chasse-mouche, donc deux instruments de musique.
