Ce type de rouelle en argent se rencontre vraiment exceptionnellement.
La technique de la granulation est typique de l'orfèvrerie gauloise. Les rayons, formés de petits granulés soudés les uns aux autres étaient soudés sur la jante et reliés entre eux au centre par un gros rivet central.
Les rouelles en or et en argent avaient vraisemblablement une valeur monétaire, de par leur métal, mais aussi cultuelle !.
