Mercure en rouge (aile du casque qui ne déborde pas du cercle et sans trait en bas du buste). IMP. NOUVle E. FRANÇOIS. TROYES en bas à gauche, ERNÉ, GRAV. en bas à droite / Imprimé en bleu sur fond blanc. Émission : quatrième. Remboursement : 01 janvier 1921. Erné en bas à droite.
