Exemplaire sur un flan très bien centré pour ce type de monnayage souvent mal frappé. Cavalier de haut relief, bien venu à la frappe. Revers équilibré et de joli style fin avec un bouquetin racé. Patine de collection ancienne avec des reflets dorés

Mêmes coins que l’exemplaire de la collection Levante (n° 23, pl. 2) provenant de la collection von Aulock. Le style de ce statère est encore archaïsant, l’animal au revers est ramassé sur lui même. Le Petit dauphin à l’exergue du revers reste énigmatique.
Same dies as the copy from the Levante collection (no. 23, pl. 2) from the von Aulock collection. The style of this stater is still archaic, the animal on the reverse is hunched over itself. The Small dolphin in the exergue on the reverse remains enigmatic.
