Rubans de type 3. La cuirasse semble cloutée, l’épaulière lisse et les ptéryges larges pour Constantin Ier. Au revers, le casque est décoré, le couvre nuque timbré d’une étoile à huit rais, la cuirasse lisse et les ptéryges larges. C’est le diamètre et la taille du grènetis qui nous font penser à un demi-follis plutôt qu’à un follis réduit, frappé en 313 ou après 313 et la réduction au 1/96 L. (poids théorique 3,38 g). Ce type de revers est caractéristique de l’atelier de Trèves des années 310-313 avec des folles taillés au 1/60 L ou au 1/72 L. Semble complètement inédit et non répertorié. Manque à tous les ouvrages consultés. Semble de la plus grande rareté.
Type 3 ribbons. The breastplate seems studded, the shoulder plate smooth and the pteryges wide for Constantine I. On the reverse, the helmet is decorated, the neck cover stamped with an eight-pointed star, the breastplate smooth and the pteryges wide. It is the diameter and size of the grènetis which make us think of a half-follis rather than a reduced follis, struck in 313 or after 313 and the reduction to 1/96 L. (theoretical weight 3.38 g) . This type of reverse is characteristic of the Trier workshop of the years 310-313 with mads cut to 1/60 L or 1/72 L. Seems completely new and unlisted. Missing from all the works consulted. Seems to be of the greatest rarity
