Diamètre sans bélière : 40,5 mm
Cet exemplaire a été décerné à Anthelme Marin (1756-1825). Ce dernier fut représentant du peuple pour le département du Mont-Blanc sous la convention nationale, du 1er février 1793 au 26 octobre 1795, puis représentation pour le conseil des Cinq-cents, toujours pour le département du Mont-Blanc, du 14 octobre 1795 au 20 mai 1798. Il reçut cette médaille au cours de ce second mandat.
Anthelme Marin, docteur en droit de Turin, est inscrit au barreau de Chambéry en 1782, syndic-avocat en 1789, substitut de l’avocat général en 1790. Professeur de législation et belles lettres à l’Ecole centrale du Mont-Blanc en 1798, supprimée en 1803, il est alors nommé juge au tribunal de la Meurthe, puis redeviendra avocat à Chambéry.
Il était orateur de la Loge maçonnique des trois mortiers de Chambéry.
