Exemplaire sur un flan large, légèrement décentré au revers. Très beau portrtait de style fin. Joli revers bien venu à la frappe. Usure importante, mais parfaitement visible et lisible. Patine verte

Аверс: описание: Buste drapé de Faustine jeune avec un petit chignon ramené derrière la tête, vu de trois quarts en avant (L).

Реверс: Описание: Pietas (La Piété) voilée debout à gauche, jetant de l'encens de la main droite dans la flamme d'un candélabre et tenant une boîte à encens (acerra) de la main gauche.

Комментарий

Pour ce type, la variante avec un candélabre (brûle-parfum) semble plus rare que celle avec l’autel. Ce type semble bien être un dupondius plutôt qu’un as. Le poids lourd de notre exemplaire ne laisse planer aucun doute. Cette émission spéciale a été frappée à l’occasion de l’apothéose de l’impératrice défunte.
