Реверс: Описание: Croix formée de quatre cantons ; besant aux 1er , 2e et 4e cantons ; hache évidée à gauche au 3e canton.

Комментарий

Toutes les monnaies de ce type semblent avoir été frappées avec la même combinaison de coins. Ces monnaies assez frustes illustreraient la dégénérescence du type S. 287 (MONNAIES XXIII, n° 728). Selon G. Savès, les deux traits qui biffent le droit seraient le résultat de la hache supposée au droit du S. 287.
All coins of this type appear to have been struck with the same combination of dies. These rather crude coins would illustrate the degeneration of the S. 287 type (COINS XXIII, no. 728). According to G. Savès, the two lines that strike out the obverse would be the result of the axe supposed to be on the obverse of S. 287
