D’un style très particulier, ce sceat semble être une mule, associant un avers dit au porc-épic à un revers commun aux séries A et C mais aussi ou groupe VERNVS ou à certaines monnaies de la série E. Si le revers est commun, aucune monnaie d’Oxford, de Cambridge ni même publiée par T. Abramson ne présente un tel avers. Seul le revers du n° 263 d’Oxford se rapproche de notre avers (inversion A/ et R/ ?) !.
Of a very particular style, this sceat seems to be a mule, associating an obverse called porcupine with a reverse common to series A and C but also to the VERNVS group or to certain coins of series E. If the reverse is common, no coin from Oxford, Cambridge or even published by T. Abramson presents such an obverse. Only the reverse of Oxford No. 263 comes close to our obverse (inversion A/ and R/?)!
