Capitale du Roussillon, Perpignan fut occupée par les Français de 1463 à 1473 puis de 1475 à 1493. Assiégée vainement en 1542, elle est prise définitivement en 1642 et rattachée à la France par le traité des Pyrénées de 1659.
L’exemplaire Feuardent était probablement frustre et il ne l’a probablement pas correctement déchiffré.
Capital of Roussillon, Perpignan was occupied by the French from 1463 to 1473 and then from 1475 to 1493. Besieged in vain in 1542, it was definitively taken in 1642 and attached to France by the Treaty of the Pyrenees of 1659. The Feuardent copy was probably crude and he probably did not decipher it correctly.
