Exemplaire sur un flan large épais bien centré des deux côtés, légèrement éclaté à 7 heures au droit. Très beau portrait de Lucille bien venu à la frappe. Frappe un peu molle au revers. Belle patine marron foncé

Augusta

Born in 149, Lucille was married by her father to Lucius Vérus in 164. She may have received the title of Augusta in 161. After the death of her husband in 169, she married Pompeianus, an old senator, friend of Marcus Aurelius. When Commodus succeeds his father, he honors his sister, but Lucille plots against him. She was exiled to Capri, then executed in 182.
