Frappe d’origine de ce jeton tellement rare qu’il a fait l’objet d’une refrappe réalisée par la Monnaie de Paris à la fin des années 70.

The numismatics of the mines was the subject of a study by Jules Florange in 1904. The latter listed the numismatic material relating to the mines: medals, tokens of attendance, tokens of necessity or fiduciary coins, tokens of the superintendents of the mines. Another remarkable work is the work of the Association of Coin Collectors in 1999.
