Exemplaire sur un petit flan légèrement décentré au revers sur le griffon. Beau portrait. Revers bien venu. Patine de collection ancienne avec des reflets dorés, légèrement granuleuse

Pour ce type, M. Crawford a relevé une estimation de 211 coins de droit et de revers. À chaque symbole de droit est associé un symbole au revers. Il semble étonnant que la représentation au droit de Junon Sospita n’ait pas été librement interprétée par le génie gaulois (RCV. 307). Le revers a inspiré le bronze Pixtilos au griffon (LT. 7078). Le droit se retrouve sur des imitations de deniers de la République (LT. 10103 = BN 10103-10104 et KO. 1015).
For this type, Mr. Crawford noted an estimate of 211 right and reverse dies. Each legal symbol is associated with a symbol on the reverse. It seems surprising that the representation on the right of Juno Sospita was not freely interpreted by the Gallic genius (RCV. 307). The reverse inspired the bronze Pixtilos with the griffin (LT. 7078). The right is found on imitations of Republic funds (LT. 10103 = BN 10103-10104 and KO. 1015)
