Pierre Paul Émile Roux (1853-1933) est un médecin, bactériologiste et immunologiste français. Il fut un des plus proches collaborateurs de Pasteur (1822-1895), et fonda avec lui l'Institut Pasteur, il découvrit le sérum antidiphtérique.
