Grand denier est à rapprocher de celui de la Bibliothèque nationale de France (Prou, n° 326). Ce denier, au nom du monétaire Chadomarus est datée de la période 670-675 et marque la transition or/argent opérée à cette période. Des triens sont d’ailleurs connus au même type (Prou, n° 311 = Belfort n° 4520).
The Grand Denier is comparable to that of the National Library of France (Prou, No. 326). This denier, in the name of the minter Chadomarus, is dated to the period 670-675 and marks the gold/silver transition that took place during this period. Triens are also known of the same type (Prou, No. 311 = Belfort No. 4520).
