Médaille dans sa boîte cartonnée marron avec sa notice cartonnée indiquant que “Monsieur Giscard d’Estaing, de l’Institut, Président et les membres du Conseil d’Administration de la Société française du Tunnel du Mont Blanc sont heureux de vous remettre cette médaille frappée à l’occasion de la dernière explosion qui a achevé le percement du Tunnel”.
