Аверс: описание: Aphrodite, drapée, assise à gauche, tenant une patère de la main droite et couronnée par Éros volant à droite ; à l’exergue, une souris.

Реверс: Описание: Dionysos Pogon barbu, avec une couronne de vigne, à demi-nu, tenant un cep avec une grappe de raisin de la main droite et un thyrse long de la main gauche.

Contremarque au revers (animal quadrupède, chèvre ou bouc). Nous avons un exemplaire avec une contremarque similaire (SNG. Levante 10) qui est décrite comme un taureau sous un bouclier. Marque de démonétisation (entaille).

Историческая справка
CILICIA - NAGIDOS
(4th century BC)
Nagidos was located on the Cilician coast about forty kilometers west of Célendéris. Founded by the Samians, it experienced significant economic development from the end of the 5th century BC. The protective gods of the city were Dionysos and Aphrodite, recalling the Greek origin of the city, without any oriental contribution at the start. Only Pharnabazes seems to have minted coins in Nagidos. The coinage stops at the time of the Macedonian conquest in 333 BC.
